The breakfast was tasty eXCEPT FOR PAIN AU CHOCOLAT WHICH COULD BE BETTER!

The staff was very good, provided a smooth check-in and a late check-out. The room with clean bathroom.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak, and the bed was too high.

It was a very good stay of customer service or hotel management. The location of the property was absolutely perfect, in L2 restaurant.

This brand-new hotel stands out for its excellent design. The breakfast is tasty with PAIN AU CHOCOLAT WHICH COULD BE BETTER and mostly Arabic food, for example, and the service is brilliant.

The venue is cool and exceptionally comfortable with great staff. Whatever you need is this very specious room with twin bed, coffee, for instance. When I am in Mecca, I like staying here.

The rooms are silent and new-fashioned, the beds are comfortable. It has a convenient and decent location really close to up hill, and shops for about 20 minutes to get to Haram.

Incredible brand-new hotel with tasty breakfasts. Lots of delicious food. The staff were very good, courteous and helped me with free parking. 25 minutes walk to a bus station. Nice customer care. The smooth check-in process too.  

The breakfast choices where varied and above average with PAIN AU CHOCOLAT WHICH COULD BE BETTER and also mostly Arabic food. The location was comfy, in paradise cafe with easy access to a market and stores. 

The hotel was hospitable and reasonably clean everywhere. The staff were all helpful, very amiable. The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. Our stay was a real good experience.  

Spacious and silent room with tea as well as kettle. Awesome, amazing location in the lovely area.

Liked a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in the room. The hotel offered an above average breakfast. The staff were all very professional and responsive. The setting was DECENT, right by holy mosque as well as Masjid Al Haram, King Abdul

We enjoyed rooms with a queen bed. The location in a lovely area was marvellous and lovely and there were a market and stores nearby. It had an EXCELLENT restaurant for dinner.
